What is the ECE standard for headlamp aiming ?

ECE is the standard used in most places other than the US. For ECE standards, the aim angle depends on the mounting height of the headlamps (the higher they're mounted, the lower they have to be aimed). It's pretty tricky to explain (at least for me), but DanielSternLighting.com has a great "lesson" on "How to Aim Headlamps and Auxiliary Lamps" that includes the ECE standards.
