What is the difference between a biopsy report and a pathology report?

A report on the body tissue which was removed and examined by a pathologist is called Biopsy report, whereas The description of cells and tissues made by a pathologist based on microscopic evidence, and sometimes used to make a diagnosis of a disease is called Pathology report.
