how do i deal with hypoglycemia?

every site i get an answer they just tell me my problem is called. i need help finding out how to deal with this. i have a project in school on Monday and every time i talk in front of my class i feel like throwing up. every time i put food in or water in my mouth i cant swallow it. they all say its low blood sugar but how do i fix that
