Carefully remove the nest and place in a hollow tree or manmade wooden tower, then cap your chimney.  Chimney swifts are birds who are voracious eaters of mosquitoes  They aren't pests.  They've lost their habitat because people no longer allow dead trees to stand nor do they want the birds living in their chimneys.
