If the work truck has been insured, the auto insurance will have the insured policy owner's name as owner and it will indicate how many dollars the owner must pay when the work truck has repair work completed plus the insurance company pays the balance unpaid. The truck owner pays the deductible. The bodyshop must be paid. The owner will find the money to forward it or the work will not be done. If the deductible is not paid after repairs the situation could become a small claim action.
