Can I sign up for Medicare B while I am still working?

Yes you may. Legally, your participation in Part B revolves around two things (neither of which is your employment status): Firstly, for most people, your 65th birthday; and Secondly, your personal choice (you may elect to defer your enrollment into Part B; indefintely.) However, IF you are employeed AND you are on your employer-provided health insurance coverage you may have no need to enroll in (and pay for) Part B coverage at this time  PLEASE understand this is not advice but rather a simplifying of the law.
