How do I get rid of my layer of fat?

I'm 14 year old girl and I have been trying to lose my stubborn "baby fat" of my stomach and thighs for about. A year now and I can feel the muscles loud and clear underneath but there is this small layer of fat that covers them. Its thicker in the lower abs than the top. I'm a pestritarian and I eat my vegitables and I try to cut bak on pop and sugar. I also drink lots of water but its no use. I just wit go away!! I dance 3 times a week and I always feel fat around the other gurls who just dance in sports bras. How can I get rid of my layer of fat and reveal the muscle i know I have underneath?

Drink Hot water more, avoid consuming White bread and Pasta, Drink Coffee before exercise, Eat healthy food, avoid sleep soon after taking food so that you can loose fat.
